IT'S AN EDUCATION WITH ANDREA

THERE IS A BABY RABBIT INSIDE EVERY PEANUT! Unlikely as it sounds, and based upon some dodgy sounding biology that I won't go into here ( I think it sounds more plausible after a few pints), yes, you read that right, there is a baby rabbit inside every peanut, Virginia! Obviously, by the time you get your peanuts in a little bag in the pub they have undergone a fair bit of processing, and the little bunny has run down the curtain and joined the choir invisible. However, it's tiny remains are still visible to those with a sharp eye and an intimate knowledge of rabbits.

ARE GOING TO TELL US HOW TO FIND THEM THEN? Oh, all right then. Here's what you do.

• Go to the nearest pub. If you are too young to drink in a pub, barred from all the pubs near you, or are otherwise prevented from performing this step, you will have to buy some nuts at a shop. Get some beer while you are at it (kids, you'll have to trust me on this one).
• Drink a few beers to get in the mood for some peanuts. When you have attained this state go to the bar and buy some nuts, salted ones are best. If you bought your nuts from the shop earlier, now is the time to open them. If you did not get salted peanuts, go back to the shop and buy some. If you are running low on beer this would be an opportune time to get some more.
• Right, you have got your packet of salted peanuts open in front of you and can now start looking for the fabled rabbits.
• A peanut is made of two halves, the ones we want are those with the halves still joined. Ones that have aready split can be eaten without further ado.
• Take one of the complete peanuts and rub it gently between your fingertips to separate the two halves. Gently does it now.
• Inspect the two resulting halves, in one of them there will be a very tiny baby rabbit embedded at one end.
